All custom orders take 3-4 weeks from the date full payment is received to be delivered. This ensures we can provide the care and precision needed for your custom wig.
Full Payment
Custom orders will only begin once the total balance is paid in full. This policy allows us to cover production costs and deliver your wig on time.
Unpaid Orders
Orders that are not fully paid will be placed on hold or canceled until the balance is cleared. This ensures we can focus on confirmed orders without delays.
