- This message is not sent by My Hair Wardrobe. It usually comes directly from the courier or customs clearance service.

- Sometimes, contact may also be made by SMS or through your courier’s tracking page.
We strongly recommend tracking your parcel using the courier’s website and checking your junk/spam folder daily until your parcel is delivered.
What Happens After You Pay?
Once you pay the fees, your local courier or postal service will process the payment, confirm receipt with customs, and release your parcel for final delivery.
After customs has confirmed payment and cleared your order, your courier will continue with the delivery process and bring the parcel to your address as normal.
